Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviour includes:

  • Impersonating Devzelo or any of its representatives

Client Projects: Upon full payment, clients typically receive ownership of bespoke deliverables as specified in the SOW. Devzelo retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific reusable code.

5. Project Engagements

  • Discovery: A scoping call is required before any project begins
  • Payment: Schedules and milestones are defined per project agreement. Late payments may result in paused work
  • Revisions: A reasonable number included as specified in the SOW; additional revisions billed at standard rate
  • Timelines: Estimates are provided in good faith and may vary with scope changes or client delays
  • Confidentiality: Both parties keep project details confidential unless agreed otherwise in writing

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Devzelo does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devzelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
